• 15.05.11 - Sundays closure. With our new opening time starting Monday 08.05.11, the Sunset Strip will now be open every day Monday to Saturday from 12noon all through 1am, and close on Sundays (one day a week for you to cool down!).

• 07.02.10 - SuperBowl Bash 1. For the first time ever, Sunday 07.02.2010 live on the Big Screens of the Sunset Strip: SuperBowl XLIV Party! Admission £35 includes 1st drink, food (a buffet), fun, games and strippers, from 11pm till the end of the game. Doors open at 10:25pm and will close at 10:55pm; this is the time of admission, then the doors will close and the party and the game will kick off, at 11pm. Tickets are available for purchase from any of the Sunset Strip DJs at the DJ boot of the Sunset Strip lower floor and will be available up to 10pm on Sunday. No tickets to be sold on the door. • 03.02.10 - 50th Anniversary Party! The Sunset Strip, one of the oldest striptease venues in UK and Europe, with a lifetime achievement awards received in 2006, it is now going to celebrate its golden anniversary. This date also coincides with Tony Curran's birthday, therefore there will be a double-celebration, all starting at 6pm, Wednesday 3rd February 2010. While the club will be open and running as per usual, at the bar there will be a buffet with international tasty snacks and plenty of fun! As Tony never surf the net and neither ever views these pages, please don't spoil the surprise, he is totally unaware of the planned party for him and let's keep it that way! We hope to see you all there!

• 24.12.09 - Xmas Holidays and closure. Sunset Strip will be closed between: 24th December and 1st January; last opening day of 2009 is Wednesday 23rd December (normal opening hours), re-opening Saturday 2nd January 2010(normal opening hours).

• 14.12.09 - Xmas Party. As per every year, the Sunset Strip will hold a Xmas party. The date is Monday 14th December -book this date on your diary!-, starting at 6pm till 1am closing time.

• 15.03.08 - Easter Holidays. Closing days are: Friday 21.03.08 and Sunday 23.03.08. Easter Monday 24.03.08 the Sunset Strip will be open till 6pm.

• 17.12.07 - Xmas Holiday. In anticipation, a list of the days during which the Sunset Strip will be closed, during the Christmas holidays through to the New Year '08: 24/12/07, 25/12/07, 26/12/07, 30/12/07, 31/12/07, 01/01/08. Every other day the club will be open as usually (check weekly on the 'Weekly Rota' pages).

• 17.12.07 - Xmas Party! Celebrate Christmas with the Sunset Strip dancers and staff, Monday 17.12.07 from 6pm till closing time. Come and join the party!!

• 27.05.07 - From 1st July: new extended opening time. From the 1st July 2007 -from Monday to Wednesday- we are extending our opening time. The Sunset Strip will then be open -every day of the week- till 1am. An extra hour for you to relax and enjoy in the company of our beautiful dancers.

• 31.08.06 - This week. Our dancer Amber made it to the final of the Miss Pole Dance UK Competition! She will compete this evening in Newquay, along with other eleven girls, to become the 2006 winner. Amber will also perform this Saturday 2nd September at the Erotic Awards, representing the Sunset Strip been nominated.

• 08.08.06 - Miss Pole Dance UK 2006. Two of our dancers, Amber and Coco, have entered and passed the pre qualifier of the Miss Pole Dance UK Competition 2006. This Thursday 10th August both of our skilled girls will be attending one of the last few heats - held in Newquay - before the final on the 31st August 2006. Cross fingers guys! We are well represented, but won't say anything more...Good luck girls!!!

• 26.06.06 - Erotic Awards stuff...Sunset Strip's decades of service to striptease are recognised at this year's Erotic Awards, with the club nominated in the 'Lifetime Achievement' category. Meanwhile dancer and DJ Dani has made it to the finals of the 'Stripper Of The Year' category.
